PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber hose capable of cleaning a mold release agent by a simple device, without using a detergent.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rubber hose (1) comprises cleaning processes (S5 and S6) for cleaning a mold release agent in the rubber hose (1) stuck with the mold release agent for extracting the rubber hose (1) after vulcanization from a mandrel (2). The mold release agent is a surface active agent having a cloudy point (Tb), and becomes a water-soluble state to water of the lower temperature (Ta) than the cloudy point (Tb). The cleaning processes (S5 and S6) comprise the first cleaning process (S5) for cleaning the mold release agent stuck to the rubber hose (1) by the water of the lower temperature (Ta) than the cloudy point (Tb).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
