PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can issue an appropriate notification to a user based on whether the user logs out at the time of completion of printed sheet ejection and whether an ejected printed sheet is fetched.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a communication section that receives a print instruction from a user; an image forming section that performs printing and ejects a printed sheet; a print controller that causes the image forming section to print and eject the printed sheet based on the print instruction; a user identification section that identifies the user and manages log-in and log-out status of the user; a fetch sensor that detects whether the ejected printed sheet is fetched; and a notification managing section that changes a content of the notification to be issued to the user after completion of the printed sheet ejection, based on the log-in and log-out status of the user at the time of completion of the printed sheet ejection and whether the ejected printed sheet is fetched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
