<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet which has a good smoothness, has less defects on an image caused by inferiority of transfer, and has little fade of the image even when stored under high temperature and high humidity conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image-receiving sheet has a heat insulating layer comprising at least one layer of a hollow polymer between a receiving layer and a substrate. The heat insulating layer does not comprise a resin having no resistance to organic solvents except the hollow polymer, and the receiving layer comprises a fluoro-compound (A) expressed by general formula (a1). In this formula, R is an alkyl group; R<SB>af</SB>is a perfluoroalkylene group; W is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom; L<SB>a</SB>is an alkylene group or an alkyleneoxy group or a divalent group made by combining them; A and B are one being a hydrogen atom and the other one being -L<SB>b</SB>-SO<SB>3</SB>M; M is a hydrogen atom or a cation; and L<SB>b</SB>is a single bonding or an alkylene group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
