The present invention relates to quantum dots surface-treated with any one selected from a polymer, alkoxysilane, amino alkoxysilane, mercapto alkoxysilane, epoxy alkoxysilane, amino alcohol and mercapto alcohol, a method for preparing luminescent quantum dots, which includes mixing, drying and granulating silane-containing hydrolyzate, a luminescent quantum dot material obtained by the method, a luminescent molding using the same, and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, quantum dots are protected from the external environment to provide luminescent properties using stable quantum dots which are not affected by the external environment. It is possible to facilitate handling and application of quantum dots. It is also possible to apply quantum dots in the field to which a negative type photoresist or positive type photoresist is applied, in the field of high-temperature compounding, or the like. |
