PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism culturing process of mounting an analysis bag including culture solution powder.SOLUTION: An analysis bag 20 is constituted so as to receive a biological sample, and mounted in microorganism culture. The analysis bag 20 includes culture solution powders 24a,24b, the culture solution powders 24a,24b are included by at least one pouch 25a,25b, and the pouch 25a,25b includes porous walls 26a,26b. The analysis bag 20 comprises two zones 15,17 sharing a common porous wall, the first zone 15 is adapted so as to receive culture solution powders, and the second zone 17 is adapted so as to receive the biological sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
