PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the occurrence of a temperature abnormality at a monitoring objective region such as a shaft box of a moving body which is formed of one or more vehicles such as a track traveling vehicle.SOLUTION: A temperature value of a monitoring objective region of a moving body is acquired. An inter-region temperature difference being a temperature difference between a pair of the monitoring objective regions which are arranged at a left side part being a relatively left side with respect to a forward direction of the moving body in the moving body which travels on a track, and at a right side part being a relatively right side is acquired from at each vehicle in an organization of the moving body from the acquired temperature difference. By using the calculated inter-region temperature difference, an evaluation value for evaluating whether or not disturbance affects the temperature value of the monitoring objective region is calculated. When the calculated evaluation value is not smaller than a threshold, it is determined that the disturbance affects the acquired temperature value of the monitoring objective region, and when the evaluation value is smaller than the threshold, it is determined that the disturbance does not affect the acquired temperature difference of the monitoring objective region. It is determined whether or not a temperature abnormality occurs in the monitoring objective region on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
