<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning drive device capable of accurately detecting a rotation position of an output shaft and a vehicular headlamp device provided with the turning drive device. <P>SOLUTION: The turning drive device is provided with a motor having a rotation shaft; a drive gear attached to the rotation shaft; an intermediate gear for decelerating rotation of the drive gear; and an output gear 70 engaged with the intermediate gear. The output gear 70 is provided with an output shaft 71; an output tooth part 78 for rotating the output shaft 71 by rotation transmitted from the intermediate gear; and a sensor tooth part 79 integrally rotated with the output shaft 71. A sensor gear 90 fixed with a magnet 100 for a sensor for detecting the rotation position of the output shaft 71 is engaged with the output gear 70. The sensor gear 90 is provided with a sensor gear part 91 engaged with the sensor tooth part 79. The sensor gear part 91 enlarges the rotation speed of the output shaft 71 and transmits it to the magnet 100 for the sensor by speed-increasing the rotation transmitted from the sensor tooth part 79. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
