<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type hot water supply device using economical and efficient medium hot water for improving COP. <P>SOLUTION: The storage type hot water supply device comprises a hot water pipe 7 connected to the upper part of a hot water storage tank 2, a water supply pipe 8 connected to the lower part of the hot water storage tank 2, a water supply bypass pipe 30 branching from the water supply pipe 8, an intermediate hot water pipe 27 connected to an intermediate portion of the hot water storage tank 2, an intermediate mixing valve 28 provided in the hot water pipe 7 for mixing hot water flowing in the hot water pipe 7 and hot water from the intermediate hot water pipe 27, a hot water supply mixing valve 29 for mixing hot water from the intermediate mixing valve and hot water from the water supply bypass pipe 30, and a hot water supply temperature setting means 34 for setting a hot water supply set temperature. A hot water supply control part controls the drive of only one of the intermediate mixing valve 28 and the hot water supply mixing valve 29 to supply hot water depending on the result of comparison of a hot water temperature found from the intermediate hot water pipe 27 with the hot water supply set temperature, thus improving COP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
