PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures against the fact that a fixing belt and a pressure belt tend to meander to one side in a width direction due to running, by a simple configuration, in a twin-belt fixing device using the fixing belt and the pressure belt. SOLUTION: A common meandering regulating plate 100 is installed on both external sides in the width direction of the fixing belt 20 and the pressure belt 21 and the meandering of the fixing belt 20 and the pressure belt 21 to the outside in the width direction due to the running of the fixing belt 20 and the pressure belt 21 is regulated by the meandering regulating plate 100.
