<p>A method of processing image data produced by a solid state image sensor that is overlaid with a colour filter array is disclosed, wherein range scaling, demosaicing, matrixing, range clipping and gamma correction can be performed in just two passes of data collection. Preferably in the method, the demosaicing can be performed with pixels grouped in 2x2 blocks, or quads.</p> |
