The present invention relates to a wire decelerating apparatus. An existing decelerating apparatus has a complex structure to generate minor troubles, so that practicality of the wire decelerating apparatus is reduced. According to the present invention, the wire decelerating apparatus has a structure comprising two wheels and two shafts to solve the problems. The present invention comprises wheels, and a decelerating apparatus case which can be opened and closed. |
