[Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide a sprinkler head connecting joint and a sprinkler head with which it is possible to prevent leaks, without relying on the skill of an operator, when performing an operation to connect the sprinkler head to a water supply pipe. [Solution] One end of a connecting joint 1 of a sprinkler head is connected to fire-extinguishing equipment piping, and the other end thereof is connected to a nozzle 22 of a sprinkler head 2. A female thread 17 which screws together with a male thread 24 provided on the outside of the nozzle 22 of the sprinkler head 2 is provided at said other end side of the connecting joint 1. A coupling portion 14 which is inserted into the nozzle 22 of the sprinkler head 2 is provided further to the inside than the female thread 17, and a seal member 15 is provided between the linking portion 14 and the nozzle 22.
