The present invention is a guide device for an elevator for addressing the problem of making a guide shoe (10) easily replaceable, wherein the guide device for an elevator is provided with a guide shoe (10) which slides in engagement with a guide rail, and a holder (20) installed in a lifting body, the holder (20) having a concave shape (24) for accommodating the guide shoe (10) and being provided with a shoe fixture (21) for fixing the guide shoe (10) accommodated inside the concave shape (24) and a lever (22) formed integrally with the shoe fixture (21). The shoe fixture (21) is such that, when the lever (22) is elastically deformed by being pressed, the shoe fixture (21) is displaced together with the elastic deformation of the lever (22) to a release position for releasing the fixation of the guide shoe (10) and releases the fixation of the guide shoe (10), whereas when the lever (22) is no longer being pressed and is restored to a previous state before being elastically deformed, the shoe fixture (21) returns to a fixation position for fixing the guide shoe (10) and fixes the guide shoe (10). |
