PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which is easily mounted to a plurality of conductors juxtaposed in a horizontal direction and can perform tension resistant device exchange or the like at a low cost, a tension resistant device exchange tool employing the holder, a method of removing a tension resistant device by employing the tension resistant device exchange tool and a method of moving a conductor.SOLUTION: In a tension resistant device exchange tool 100 for transferring tension from a plurality of conductors 90 to the side of a tower 91 in place of a tension resistant device 92 by concatenating one side to the side of the tower 91 and concatenating the other side to the conductors 90, the holder is used for the concatenation with the conductors 90. The holder comprises a substrate 10 larger than an interval W2 of the conductors 90 juxtaposed in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of conductor hold means 20 integrally provided at the side of a bottom face of the substrate 10. |
