Cryoelectronic microwave circuit with coplanar strip lines of certain length, with numerous, series-connected Josephson contacts

Cryoelectronic microwave circuit contains coplanar strip lines with numerous, series-connected Josephson contacts. Lines are of certain length and microwave pulse train can be coupled to them at one side. Total voltage of Josephson contact can be tapped at contact faces. Each coplanar strip line has small length in relation to line wavelength and is short circuited at side opposite to pulse train coupling. INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of invented microwave circuit.
