摘要 The present invention belongs to the domain of biotechnology and, in particular, to the industrial fermentation technology. It introduces a new method for the production of microbial converters by using a new-type bioreactor of determined dimensionsenabling the proportional control of the culture conditions. The method in question resolves the problem of inefficient control in cellular culturesvia potential alternation of microbial species throughout the culture duration. This invention is a novel step in the quality of the microbial converters production attained by alternation of cassettes leading to the fluctuation of the quantity and species of the active microbial biomass with no interruption of the culture process and no hazardous infections which could produce time loss in the culture evolution due to the restarting of the culture system, and diminishing of the productivity of this last. Said method reduces the construction cost of a fermentation system accessible, thus, for teaching and research purposes. The herein described method based on the micro-confinement of cells allows fermentations accomplished under great dilution velocity and great special increase velocity of the biomass and bioconversion process what leadsto the attainment of the greatest velocity effects in the production of products. More than one micro-fermentation cassette may be used, being connected in series with different micro-organisms each; in this way, the study of culture conditions and the synchronical production of products (microbial converters) from various species of micro-organisms are achieved in shorter time.
