FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: toothed belt consists of elastomer frame wherein there is installed multitude of cords. The frame has the first side equipped with multitude of teeth covered with cloth including cloth work, and the second side or a belt base also covered with cloth. The frame corresponds to the first elastomer material, cloth with cloth work corresponds to the second elastomer material, while cords subjected to treatment correspond to the third elastomer material. Each elastomer material is formed of mixture of one or more copolymers produced from source of diene monomer and monomer containing nitrile groups in weight percent ratio from 30 wt % to 39 wt % relative to common weight of copolymers. Also, cord work is formed with covering liquid including latex on base of rubber; liquid includes medium containing at least 50 wt % of water. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of belt and raised mechanical characteristics. ^ 20 cl, 5 dwg, 5 tbl |
