A system for peeling off the surface of the recycled aggregate is provided to obtain the recycled aggregate of high quality by removing the sludge adhered to the surface of the recycled aggregate. A system for peeling off the surface of the recycled aggregate an electricity shocking apparatus(10) provided with a discharge gap(13) and an electrode rod(14); a hopper(20) where water and the recycled aggregate are supplied and the electrode rod is in contact with water; a transfer unit(40) which is built in a fluid storage tank(30); and a porous pipe(50) installed at the end terminal of the transfer unit, wherein the fluid storage tank is connected with a discharge pipe(P1) mounted with a filter(F) at the bottom.
