PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of forming images free from density unevenness by eliminating peeling failure of developer, which may cause unevenness supply of developer to a developing roller on a developing unit.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has an electrographic developing unit which uses a developing roller on which plural magnetic poles are formed on the outer periphery surface thereof. The image forming apparatus has a scraper 63 having a horizontal part 67 which comes into contact with a peeling area between a positive polarity N3 and a positive polarity N2 which forms a pair of repelling poles, and which has plural discharge ports 66 including. The plural discharge ports has plural windows 64 which are formed in an arc part 65 supporting scraping of the developer from the peeling area and to guide the developer peeled and falling off from the plural windows 64 to fall outside of a second agitation conveyance screw 19 along a housing inner wall 16a-1 of the developing unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
