DATA SCHEDULING METHOD AND APPARATUS

The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a data scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first base station acquires a first service traffic of a cell covered by the first base station; the first base station determines, according to the first service traffic, a target spectrum resource corresponding to the first service traffic from a spectrum resource pool corresponding to a cooperating set where the first base station is located, wherein target spectrum resources which are determined by all base stations in the cooperating set and correspond to service traffics of the base stations are not overlapped; and the first base station schedules, based on the target spectrum resource, data of a user equipment in the cell covered by the first base station. Implementing embodiments of the present invention can reduce overheads of a base station and reduce performance requirements for the base station.
