PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a space between an internal surface of a slot and an external surface of a conductor bar as uniformly as possible, thereby achieving charging of charging member to be charged into the space as uniformly as possible for quality stability.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for squirrel-cage rotor includes: a process for installing a conductor bar on a slot formed on a rotor iron core; a process for forming a space between an internal surface of the slot and an external surface of the conductor bar by applying a torsional force to the rotor iron core; and a process for charging a charging member into the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
