<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building wall structure which employs a vacuum insulation material low in cost and easy to construct. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum insulation material 12 is formed by covering a plate-like core 18 with a sheathing material 19, and vacuum-sealing the interior of the sheathing material, and therefore the vacuum insulation material 12 has fin-like peripheral portions formed only of the sheathing material 19 without including the core 18, on the periphery of the core 18. Then the vacuum insulation material 12 thus formed is arranged between columns 16 of a building 10 by bending the peripheral portions on both lateral ends, from both lateral ends 20 of the core 18 toward the interior of a room. Further a lateral dimension of the vacuum insulation material 12 in a state in which the peripheral portions on both the lateral ends are bent from the lateral ends 20 of the core 18 toward the interior of the room, is set to a dimension that can be held between the columns 16 (i.e. a lateral length of the core 18 of the vacuum insulation material 12 is set almost equal to a length between the columns 16) by using friction generated between the vacuum insulation material 12 and each column 16, and therefore the vacuum insulation material 12 can be fixed only by pressing the same between the columns 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
