The present invention relates to a method for preparing a PBAT laminated membrane composite material, and uses. In the present invention, PBAT or a material with PBAT as the main component and other biodegradable plastic or superfine calcium carbonate are mixed, the temperature of the mixture is increased by means of a lamination machine segment by segment, the material is heated slowly to a molten state, and the temperature of a rolling shaft is controlled by introducing cold water to the rolling shaft when the lamination machine conducts membrane lamination, so that the temperatures of rolling wheels and the laminated membrane are controlled. The PBAT laminated membrane composite material prepared by using the method has the superior mechanical performance; compared with a PLA laminated membrane material, the PBAT laminated membrane composite material has the same or better waterproof performance and oil-proof performance, the combined thickness range is large, costs are low, and the PBAT laminated membrane composite material can be widely used in the fields of degradable packages, degradable sanitary napkins and paper diapers. |
