PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing an orally disintegrating tablet which can ensure an elution behavior of a principal agent within the digestive tract and mask an intraoral unpleasant taste thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for manufacturing an orally disintegrating tablet comprising a granulation step of mixing an additive to a principal agent and forming a principal agent particle, a coating step of coating the principal agent particle with a coating agent to form a coated particle, and a tableting step of forming a tablet from the coated particle, in which the additive used in the granulation step contains a pH adjuster and disintegrant, the disintegrant is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, and crospovidone, and the coating agent used in the coating step contains a pH-dependent polymer which dissolves at pH 5 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
