PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction of rigidity and the generation of vibration even with dimensional errors or assembly errors in parts constituting an oscillating gear mechanism.SOLUTION: An oscillating gear mechanism 17 comprises: a fixed gear 40; an output gear 50; and an oscillating gear 60. The oscillating gear 60 is disposed inclined with respect to the gears 40, 50 and meshes with the gears 40, 50 while making an oscillating motion about axial centers of the gears 40, 50. The gears 40, 50 are constituted by elastic gears having elastic deformation parts 44, 54 supporting groups, into which a plurality of teeth 41, 51 of the gears 40, 50 are separated, each group including one or more teeth, and elastically deforming by a force received from a tooth in contact with the tooth supported by the elastic deformation parts, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
