PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a bagged packaging bag and a rolled bag bundle which allows a user to take out packaging bags one by one from a rolled bag bundle by an easy action. SOLUTION: The boxed packaging bag includes the bag bundle 2 which is formed by charging a plurality of packaging bags 2a, 2b, 2c, etc. with static electricity, superposing the ends of adjacent packaging bags 2a, 2b, 2c, etc. one another to shape the packaging bags 2a, 2b, 2c, ..., into a single continuous strip, and rolling the strip, and a box 3 which houses the bag bundle 2. The box 3 has an opening 8 formed on at least its one face for pulling out each of the packaging bags 2a, 2b, 2c, etc. from the bag bundle 2 to the outside of the box 3.
