PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air passage opening/closing device with one end of a rotary shaft of an air passage opening/closing door composed of a rotary door being connected to a door driving mechanism which is capable of uniformly demonstrating the seal effect from the drive side to the counter-drive side without inclining a case side seal surface. SOLUTION: Outer circumferential door face side seal parts 34, 35 to be pressed against case side seal surfaces 42, 44 when a door means 17 closes an opening part 15 are provided on a circumferential edge of an outer circumferential wall surface 17a of the door means 17 composed of a rotary door. Ends on the side closer to a driving mechanism 29 out of the outer circumferential door face side seal parts 34, 35 form driving side ends 34a, 35a while ends on the side separate from the driving mechanism 29 form counter-driving side ends 34b, 35b. The outer circumferential door face side seal parts 34, 35 are inclined to the case side seal surfaces 42, 44 so as to be closer to the case side seal surfaces 42, 44 toward the counter-driving side ends 34b, 35b from the driving side ends 34a, 35a.
