PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a communication disabled state due to battery exhaustion after communication caused by the occurrence of communication which a user cannot select.SOLUTION: A communication server 100 receives battery residual amount information showing a battery residual amount of a portable communication terminal 200 from the portable communication terminal 200. When the battery residual amount of the portable communication terminal 200 is equal to or less than a first reference value of a battery residual amount determined in advance, the communication server 100 restricts communication between communication partners other than a communication partner specified by an ID stored in association with the portable communication terminal 200 and the portable communication terminal. In addition, when the battery residual amount of the portable communication terminal 200 is equal to or less than a second reference value smaller than the first reference value, the communication server 100 restricts a call with the portable communication terminal 200 as a call incoming destination from the communication partner specified by the ID stored in association with the portable communication terminal 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
