PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat battery in which a variation in clearance between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of an electrode body is not caused by a positive electrode connecting section electrically connecting positive electrodes to each other and a negative electrode connecting section electrically connecting negative electrodes to each other.SOLUTION: A flat battery (1) includes a positive electrode can (10), a negative electrode can (20), and an electrode body (40) including positive electrodes (41) and negative electrodes (51) alternately stacked. Each of the positive electrode includes a positive electrode body (41a) and a positive electrode lead (43b), and each of the negative electrode includes a negative electrode body (51a) and a negative electrode lead (53b). At least the positive electrode leads or the negative electrode leads are connected to be bundled to each other at a position of the central part of the electrode body in a stacking direction, and tips thereof are extended in the stacking direction of the electrode body and folded so as not to be brought into contact with the positive electrode can and the negative electrode can.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
