PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which practical usefulness is improved by preventing a disk from being erroneously inserted into the disk device, and by visually and easily recognizing that the disk is inserted. SOLUTION: A main body frame 2 comprises an opening member 4, with an opening 3 formed thereon, to be inclined for preventing another disk from being newly and erroneously inserted into the main body frame 2 in the state of reproducing a disk D inserted into the main body frame 2. Thus, the erroneous insertion of the new disk into the main body frame 2 can be prevented, the inclined opening member 4 is visually confirmed, and it can be easily confirmed whether or not the disk D is inserted into the main body frame 2.
