PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device provided in an imaging optical system thereof with a vibration proof optical system for image blurring correction and a light splitting optical system for AF (autofocus), wherein the light splitting optical system for AF is disposed at a rear stage relative to the vibration proof optical system for image blurring correction, consequently, image blurring correction is effectively applied to a subject image for AF focused using subject light branched by the light splitting optical system for AF. SOLUTION: In the optical system of the lens device 10, a main optical path to guide the subject light to a video CCD 32 of a camera main body 12 so as to form the subject image on the CCD 32, and an AF optical path as an optical axis O' to form the subject image for AF on a pair of AF CCDs 16A and 16B having an optical path length different from each other are provided. A half mirror for branching the subject light from the main optical path to the AF optical path is disposed on the main optical path.
