PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter mounting structure which facilitates a filter replacing operation, and a construction machine which is equipped with the filter mounting structure. SOLUTION: This filter mounting structure is equipped with a locking member 16 which is provided at an upper door 10, and can be displaced between a holding state of holding the filter 8 at the upper door 10 and a release state of releasing the holding of the filter 8 at the upper door 10.
