[Problem] To provide an organic solvent adsorption/desorption apparatus that makes it possible to discharge clean gas having a sufficiently reduced organic solvent concentration. [Solution] This organic solvent adsorption/desorption apparatus is provided with an adsorption element for adsorbing an organic solvent by contact with an organic-solvent-containing gas containing the organic solvent, and desorbing the adsorbed organic solvent by contact with a gas of higher temperature than the organic-solvent-containing gas. This organic solvent adsorption/desorption apparatus is also provided with an adsorption unit in which the adsorption by the adsorption element is performed and clean gas is discharged, and a desorption unit in which the desorption by the adsorption element is performed and a desorption gas is discharged, the weight of the adsorption element used in the adsorption unit being 0.75-1.25 times the weight of the adsorption element used in the desorption unit. |
