The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently transmit uplink control information. This terminal device is provided with a transmission unit which transmits capability information, and transmits channel state information (CSI) in a given subframe. The capability information includes: information used in order to indicate the number of first CSI processes supported by the terminal device in a plurality of serving cells; and information used in order to indicate the number of second CSI processes supported by the terminal device in one serving cell.
