PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video controller which facilitates the handling in units of subframe, even in an environment where a video material of reference frame rate and a video material of high frame rate exceeding the reference frame rate are mixed.SOLUTION: An operation controller 10 is a device performing operation in units of frame, for a video format of integral multiplication frame rate of a reference frame rate, where the frame number of a reference frame, and the subframe identifiers of multiplication corresponding to the frame number are imparted to the video format of multiplication frame rate, and includes a low speed jog 12 for instructing the return or feed in units of frame number, and a minute movement jog 15 for instructing the return or feed in units of subframe identifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
