Disclosed are a doctor-end wearable device for remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment and a remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment method. In embodiments of the present invention, a pressure sensor collects a pressure value applied to a wearable device body, a position sensor collects position information applied to the wearable device body, the pressure value and the position information are sent to a control module, the control module sends the pressure value and the position information to a network hospital platform by means of a communication module, and the network hospital platform provides remote auxiliary diagnosis and treatment for a patient end. In the present invention, a pressure value and position information are representative of an operation instruction sent to a patient by a doctor, and a situation that the doctor presses the body of the patient in a true face-to-face diagnosis process is simulated, thereby making remote diagnosis and treatment more approximate to face-to-face diagnosis, improving the flexibility and efficiency of seeing a doctor, achieving an auxiliary effect for remote diagnosis and treatment, and realizing remote online auxiliary diagnosis and treatment at a doctor end.
