PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing device capable of improving the rigidity of a panel support part and improving the quality of a product by providing a special shape on a specified part of a blank holder or the like. SOLUTION: In a pressing device 1 provided with a blank holder die 3 and a die 4 to press and hold a panel stock 2, and a punching die 5 to form the panel stock 2, a projecting part 7 is provided on a corner part 3a of the blank holder die 3 to form a part close to a support part of a finger at the time of carrying the panel stock 2, and a recessed part 10 to be fitted to the projecting part 7 of the blank holder die 3 is provided on a lower surface part 4a of the die 4.
