PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact and cheap oil-filled electric equipment for a ship capable of suppressing a fuel level fall caused by the agitation of the ship with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The oil-filled electric equipment for the ship accommodates an electric equipment main body (for example, transformer main body) in a tank 4 filling insulation oil, and encloses a gas 5 for absorbing a pressure fluctuation caused by an expansion contraction of the insulation oil in an upper part space of an insulation oil fuel level 3 of an upper part in the tank 4. Under the fuel level 3 there is provided fuel level fluctuation and falling suppressing means by which a fluctuation and a fall of an insulation oil fuel level are inhibited with the agitation of the ship, this fuel level fluctuation fall suppressing means is constituted by providing a barrier board 6 furnished on a base plate 7 of a side wall of the tank 4, and a part of the barrier board 6 has a hole 8 for an insulation oil circulation.
