PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage and mixture of a liquid from a gap between a resin produced in molding a resin-molded part integrally with an insert part, and the insert part. SOLUTION: When a battery lid part 10 of a battery housing 12 is molded integrally with a collector plate 1A of an insert part, since the battery lid part 10 made of a resin is not chemically or physically joined to the metallic insert part 1A, a space 14 is generated between a terminal part projecting to the outside of a part of the collector plate 1A, and the battery lid part 10, but a seal function part 6 by a sealant is formed on the terminal part of the collector plate 1A, whereby the space 14 is sealed by the seal function part 6. A liquid fuel 8 is injected in the battery housing 12, and enters into the gap 14 as well, but the space 14 is blocked off by the seal function part 6, whereby the fuel 8 is prevented from leaking to the outside.
