PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device etc., which can be driven fast. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device has a plurality of pixel circuits according to intersections of scan lines and data lines. In a pixel circuit Pij in an (i) row and a (j)th row, a TFT 50a and a TFT 50b are provided between a left-side data line 10 and a pixel electrode 61. The TFT 50a is turned on and off under the control of a scan signal Yi supplied through the scan line 20 of the row and the TFT 50b is turned on and off under the control of a scan signal Yi-1 supplied from the scan line 20 of the previous row.
