PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealability between a sheet and a frame for surely realizing a dust-proof/drip-proof structure. SOLUTION: Rollers 19, 20 installed in a slide table 18 are so arranged as to partially press the stainless sheet 15 under such a condition that the stainless sheet 15 is fitted in grooves 13, 14. Rollers 21, 22 provided on a moving body 4 are so arranged as to return a portion of the stainless sheet 15 pressed by the rollers 19, 20 to its original state in conjunction with rectilinear movement of the slide table 18. When a drive mechanism 9 is driven, the rollers 19, 20 partially press the stainless sheet 15, and the portion pressed by the rollers 19, 20 in the stainless sheet 15 is returned to its original state by the rollers 21, 22.
