PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immunostimulator having excellent immunostimulatory action, such as nitrogen monoxide (NO) production promotion action, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α production promotion action, interferon (IFN)-γ production promotion action, phagocytic capacity activation action etc., and high safety and a food and beverage using the immunostimulator.

SOLUTION: The immunostimulator comprises an extract of Actinidia polygama fruit. The food and beverage comprise the immunostimulator.
