<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a return schedule for returning a trust to a customer in consideration of the number of days for reciprocal delivery. <P>SOLUTION: This system for estimating a trust return schedule is provided with a customer master DB 2a, which stores delivery route information showing a delivery route between the customer and a repair station in association with customer information of the customer, and a delivery day table storage part 2d storing a delivery days (outbound) and delivery days (inbound) required for delivery through the delivery route in the delivery route information in association with the delivery route information. A delivery route extraction part 2h extracts the delivery route information from the customer master DB 2a by using the customer information. A delivery day extraction part 2i extracts the delivery days (outbound) and the delivery days (inbound) in the delivery information by using the delivery route information extracted from the delivery day table storage part 2d.
