PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for producing an optical anisotropic medium which is preferable in design by rendering a transit portion of anisotropic reflection into smoothly recognizable. SOLUTION: The system for producing an optical anisotropic medium includes: a CG image creating device which creates CG image data including pixel normal line information and pixel color information; an optical anisotropic platemaking device which receives an input of projection plane angle information, creates selection conditions by combining the projection plane angle information with the pixel normal information in the CG image data and random numbers, selects desired optical anisotropic shape data by referring optical anisotropic shape data, and generates anisotropic platemaking data, or creates platemaking data from the pixel color information in the CG image data; a press plate device which produces a color printing plate from the platemaking data or produces an anisotropic process plate from the anisotropic platemaking data; and an optical anisotropic medium producing device which prints a print medium by using the color printing plate and produces an optical anisotropic medium from the above printed medium by using the anisotropic process plate.
