PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve capable of preventing the deformation of a fringe of a spring case even if the fringe of the spring case receives high pressure for a long time from a pressure-sensitive chamber side through a diaphragm, and preventing the loosening of a caulking bonding part between a diaphragm case fringe and the spring case fringe, and having no possibility of the occurrence of a liquid leak from the fringe. SOLUTION: This valve is equipped with the spring case 113 for sandwiching the outer fringe of the diaphragm by cooperation between the outer fringe and the outer fringe of the diaphragm case 110. The outer fringe of the diaphragm case is bonded by caulking to the outer fringe of the spring case. The valve is also equipped with a reinforcing member 118 mounted detachably to the diaphragm case and the spring case for preventing the deformation of the spring case outer fringe by sandwiching a portion furthermore inside in the radial direction than the caulking bonding part of the diaphragm case outer fringe and a portion furthermore inside in the radial direction than the caulking bonding part of the spring case outer fringe.
