PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible plastic container configured to bulge out to its original shape quickly by positive extrusion of high viscous and hardly flowing content by a required amount and by suction of air at another port and subsequently capable of performing a subsequent extrusion operation.

SOLUTION: After content accumulated at the bottom part of a container is extruded out of a nozzle at the bottom part, a lid at an upper nozzle is opened and air is sucked quickly to cause the container to bulge out, thereby subsequently the content can be easily extruded out of a lower port of the container.
