METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC RESIN COATED METAL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic resin coated metal sheet which is prevented from causing a flaw due to a lead film used at the beginning of coating work and certainly removes the excess resin part projected from a metal sheet, and a manufacturing apparatus of the organic resin coated metal sheet.

SOLUTION: An organic resin melted under heating is extruded to the upper surface of a film of which the width is equal to or less than that of the continuously supplied metal sheet so as not to be projected from the lead film to be held to the metal sheet along with the lead film by lamination rolls to be bonded thereto under pressure and the lead film is subsequently cut using a lead film cutting means to directly press and bond only the heated molten organic resin by lamination rolls.
