COUNTING SYSTEM OF OFFSET PRINTING MATERIALS BY USE OF SENSORS AND TAPE INSERTERS AND A METHOD OF PRODUCTION CONTROL THEREOF

A system for counting prints by using a sensor and a tape inserter, and a production management method thereof are provided to automatically manage production and increase productivity by measuring total, correct, and incorrect prints without an error, and providing each count data to a producer or a manager. A printer includes a total counter comprising a fiber sensor, a paper counter comprising an optical sensor, a feeder clutch checking operation of the printer and the incorrect prints, and a shut-down circuit stopping the printer if a printing goal is attained. A control system includes a control card receiving the data from the counter, a controller recording, statistically processing, and reporting the data of the control card, a monitor, and an output device. An operator comprises switches, a tape inserter for enabling an operator to set the incorrect paper and a tape type/insertion, and a manual part. A host computer receives the data from a network switch connected to the controller.
