<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device allowing a user to confirm the process cartridge to be changed by using a pre-exposing means, and also confirm that another cartridge has been mounted after removing the old one from the device without opening the open and close door by using the same pre-exposing units. <P>SOLUTION: The process cartridge 7 has a light shade 31 to cut off the light path of the light from the pre-exposing units 50, 51 to the transparent section 55 when mounted in an image forming device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
