CONTENT DISTRIBUTION AND REPRODUCTION SYSTEM, CONTENT RECEIVING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE AND CONTENT DISTRIBUTION AND REPRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a content distribution and reproduction system capable of achieving reproduction observance and meanwhile enhancing a service value by accelerating receiving processing and shortening a required receiving time; a content receiving and reproducing device; and a content distribution and reproduction method.

SOLUTION: An optimum value determination server device stores an optimum distribution ratio list for defining a distribution ratio of hardware resources for receiving or reproducing content information in the content receiving and reproducing device while making the optimum distribution ratio list correspond to a performance value of the hardware resources of the content receiving and reproducing device and/or to network band information, and transmits the optimum distribution ratio list to the content receiving and reproducing device. The content receiving and reproducing device receives the optimum distribution ratio list, collects performance values of the hardware resources and/or band information of the content receiving and reproducing device, and sets a distribution ratio corresponding to the collected performance values and/or band information of the hardware resources on the basis of the optimum distribution ratio list.
